Shipping policy
We're committed to getting your order to you safely and on time. Please note that delivery times can occasionally be affected by incomplete payment, insufficient address information, or higher than anticipated demand during certain seasons.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends, are processed the next business day.

Transit time (United States): 7-10 business days
Total shipping time: 9 - 15 business days
We do our best to keep deliveries within these windows. If something's delayed, we'll let you know and work with the carrier to sort it out.

All shipping costs are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package can't be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend it. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
