This website is operated by Danny Bogen. Throughout these Terms, "Danny Bogen," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Store. "You" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer, or person using the Store.

By accessing or using the Store, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Store.

4. Orders

Unusual order quantities;

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Shipping Information

You are responsible for checking your shipping address, billing information, email address, telephone number, and other order details before completing checkout.

If you discover an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dannybogen.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or shipment.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or payment service providers available through our checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable amount to be charged.

We do not directly store complete payment card information on our own systems. Payment processing is subject to the terms and security practices of the applicable payment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, charges, and available delivery information are displayed on the Store and/or during checkout where applicable.

Delivery estimates are estimates only unless specifically stated otherwise. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, destination restrictions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns may be requested within the return period stated in that policy and must satisfy the applicable return conditions.

Please review the Return & Refund Policy before placing an order so that you understand the conditions that apply to returns, exchanges, cancellations, refund processing, and return shipping.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation within the cancellation period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is unavailable, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discount codes, special offers, or other promotions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional offers may be limited in duration;
Offers may apply only to selected products;
Discount codes may not be combined with other promotions;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Danny Bogen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from your use of the Store where such liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Store, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another person.

This section does not apply where such responsibility cannot legally be imposed on a consumer.
